Shipping Updates For Our US Customers

Important Postal Update – US Tariffs 

From 5 April 2025, tariffs will apply to Australian-originating goods (which includes CASPER LAND jewellery and handbags) valued over USD $800 entering the United States. Please note the following points when shopping to the US. 

• De Minimis Threshold: There is no change for goods valued at, or under $800 USD sent via Postal services from Australia to the US. These items will be free from duty and import tax, unless they fall under the de minimis exemption list. Tariffs are based on the country of shipment and origin of manufacturing.
• New tariff: Australian-originating goods valued over US$800 will be subject to a new tariff of 10% on import into the United States via Postal services.

 

 

So what does this mean for CASPER LAND customers in the United States?

Purchases under $800 USD will remain free from additional tariff fees, while purchases over $800 USD will be imposed with a 10% tariff, to be paid by the receiver upon arrival.
