AUSTRALIA

STANDARD POST (usually 3 - 10 days) - $10 AUD

EXPRESS POST (usually 1 - 3 days) - $15 AUD

FREE EXPRESS POST -  Domestic Orders $250 AUD +

  

NEW ZEALAND 

STANDARD POST (usually 5 - 21 days) - $15 AUD

EXPRESS POST (usually 2 - 5 days) - $25 AUD

 

INTERNATIONAL

STANDARD POST (usually 12 - 30 Days) - $25 AUD

EXPRESS POST (usually 5 - 9 Days) - $45 AUD

 

 

IMPORTANT

 

All parcels are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia within 1 - 2 business days from purchase, excluding styles on pre-order. Please allow additional time during peak sale periods.

  •  All pre-order items are dispatched after the specified lead time mentioned in the product's description. 
  • If you have combined pre-order and 'in stock' items, your order will be dispatched together once all pre-order items are ready. 

 

Tracking numbers: Your universal tracking number will be automated via email - please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Australian orders: Shipped with tracking via Australia Post.

International orders: Shipped with tracking via Australia Post and your country's national postal service. Your tracking number will work with your country's national postal service once it has cleared customs. 

 

  • Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check the tracking via your national postal service to see if it's 'Awaiting Collection' at your local post office, or if re-delivery needs to be arranged.
  • Parcels may be returned to us if a collection or re-delivery is not arranged in a timely manner. 

 

PARCELS RETURNED-TO-SENDER

Items returned-to-sender due to an incorrect shipping address or left uncollected from a post office may be reissued if and when they are received back at our studio by Australia Post, and will incur a reshipment fee. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for your order, deducting the original shipping fee. 

Orders returned to us by Australia Post due to being undelivered or uncollected from your local post office or Customs Authority will not be refunded. 

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES/VAT

CASPER LAND does not cover any Import Duties, Import Taxes, Customs Fees or VAT fees that may be applied to international orders upon arrival at customs. Please check with your local customs authority if additional costs will apply to your order upon arrival, before placing your order.  Orders returned to us due to refusing import fees  will not be refunded. 

 

MISSING, STOLEN OR UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered, or refused delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure during checkout.
