During peak sale periods + new product launches, additional time may be needed to process and pack orders due to increased volume.

Shipped with tracking via your country's national postal service - for example Royal Mail in the UK, or USPS in the United States. Your tracking number will link with your country's national postal service system.

Parcels may be returned to us if a collection not arranged in a timely manner.
Your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be automated via email, once your parcel has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
All local customs, import duties and fees outside of Australia and the United States are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and CASPER LAND will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and CASPER LAND will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Orders abandoned due to refusing import fees, duties and taxes will not be refunded.
Items returned-to-sender due to an incorrect shipping address or left uncollected from a post office may be reissued if and when they are received back at our studio by Australia Post, and will incur a reshipment fee. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for your order, deducting the original shipping fee.
Orders returned to us by Australia Post due to being undelivered or uncollected from your local post office or Customs Authority will not be refunded.
We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered, or refused delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure during checkout.
