Orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia, typically within 2 - 3 business days from purchase [excluding styles on pre-order].

During peak sale periods + new product launches, additional time may be needed to process and pack orders due to increased volume.

STANDARD POST (usually 3 - 10 days) - $10 AUD

EXPRESS POST (usually 1 - 3 days) - $13 AUD

FREE EXPRESS POST - Orders over $200 AUD

New Zealand

Shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your currency. Import Duties + Taxes not included.

STANDARD POST (usually 12 - 28 Days) - $21 AUD

EXPRESS POST (usually 4 - 10 Days) - $35 AUD

FREE SHIPPING (EXPRESS POST) - Orders over $300 AUD

Shipped with tracking via your country's national postal service - for example Royal Mail in the UK, or New Zealand Post in NZ. Your tracking number will link with your country's national postal service system.

Tracking Your Parcel

Import Duties, Taxes + VAT

All local customs, import duties and fees outside of Australia are to be paid by the customer. Orders cannot be returned to sender and CASPER LAND will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and CASPER LAND will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Please check with your government customs authority if additional costs will apply before placing your order, or reach out to us for any further information and assistance - we're here to help!

Orders abandoned due to refusing import fees, duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Parcels Returned To Sender

Items returned-to-sender due to an incorrect shipping address or left uncollected from a post office may be reissued if and when they are received back at our studio by Australia Post, and will incur a reshipment fee. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for your order, deducting the original shipping fee.

Orders returned to us by Australia Post due to being undelivered or uncollected from your local post office or Customs Authority will not be refunded.
