All orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia, aiming to be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from purchase [excluding styles on pre-order].

During peak sale periods + new product launches, additional time may be needed to process and pack orders.

Your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be automated via email, once your parcel has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

• Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check the tracking updates to see if it's 'Awaiting Collection' at your local post office.

• Parcels may be returned to us if a collection not arranged in a timely manner.
