A pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not currently in stock, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. When you pre-order an item from CASPER LAND it is reserved exclusively for you!

Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item/s can be dispatched once available. We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will ship, but these dates are an estimation and the product can sometimes become available before or slightly after the advised date.

If you have additional 'in stock' products included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be shipped together after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item.
